I've been on a couple of wonderful women's retreats with my old church in Washington. I really need to get back into the church. I've fallen into such a homebody, so tired from working all week.
We've never had more than a half inch of snow this whole winter and it doesn't last long and doesn't even cover the ground completely. Not a rough winter for us at all this year, though we have gotten some pretty cold temps this month.
Thank you for your kind words to me, Bevie. They mean so much when I don't see myself the way others seem to see me.
Bev, it couldn't have been that long ago, could it? It was a great weekend and I so enjoyed getting to know you and Mary and all the other gals....The Lord showed up for us didn't He and I certainly hope to see you again one day before too long...

Nancy it seems like just a couple weeks ago doesn't it?? I enjoyed my time with you, Pat and all the others, especially with my sweet sister....God sure is using her isn't HE? And yes, He was with use during the Retreat!!! I do hope we can get together again.. Blessings dear!!!
Bev it was not that long ago...it was more like 2010.
Weird, I noticed on your Flickr site it said photo was taken June 2007. That's wrong sis, we were there in October and I know it was not 2007.
